A company could be held legally liable for injuries, illnesses, damages of fatalities that occur in the workplace. The Legal Liability workshop will enable managers and CEO’s to ensure that all the legal documentation is in place in such an event.
We will discuss the OHS Act, COIDA and Construction Regulations.
The Construction Regulation was amended in 2014 and place even more emphasis on the legal accountability when a contractor is on your premise. We will discuss the different roles and responsibilities as well as the documents that the contractor should supply.
